Traditional Programs
Classic offers traditional safety programs where the employee visits his or her personal eye care professional, procures a prescription, and submits the prescription, fitting information, and frame selection to his or her company's in-house health, safety or human resources personal who in turn forwards the order to Classic. Upon completion of the order, Classic returns the eyewear to the company's designated health, safety or human resources personnel or the employee's personal eye care professional for final fitting and dispensing.
Custom Programs
Classic's creative Volume Purchase Program Team will work directly with your health, safety and human resources team to develop a program that meets the needs of your workplace. For example, Classic routinely offers two types of Dispensing Services: Local Optometric Provider Groups and On-Site Dispensing.
Dispensing Services
- Local Optometric Provider Groups
Classic develops Local Optometric Provider Groups within close proximity to your facility from which your employees may procure safety eyewear in accordance with your company's pre-determined policies & procedures. Our Local Providers are qualified eyecare professionals in your area providing comprehensive eye exams for both personal and safety eyewear.
All prescription, fitting data, specifications, and co-pay collection (if any), is handled between the Provider and Classic independent of the involvement of the company's health, safety or human resources personnel.
- On-Site Dispensing
Classic will work with your Local Optometric Provider Group to find a qualified optician to visit your facility on a regularly scheduled or "as needed" basis to fit and dispense safety eyewear to your employees.
Classic also has its own qualified licensed dispensers that can perform this same service.
